नेपाली कानुनी शब्दहरु

	कानुनी शब्दहरु	अर्थ	वाक्य
१.	क्वास	अवैध वा अस्वीकार वा शून्य गर्ननु।	संविधानको बिरूद्ध बनेको नयाँ कानून क्वास भयो ।
२.	प्रमाण		अभियुक्त बिरूद्ध प्रमाण नभएको कारण स्वतन्त्र भएको बताइएको छ।
३.	अभियोजन	कानूनी प्रक्रिया।	अभियोजन असफल भएको कारण राज जेलमा पुग्न सक्छ।
४.	सजाय	दण्ड, दण्डित।	चोरलाई १०,००० रुपैयाँ सजाय दिइन्छ।
५.	अधिकार पृच्छा	सर्वोच्च अदालतद्वारा गरीने सोधनी।	कुन तरीकाले रामलाई सरकारी काममा नियुक्त गरियको हो भन्दै अधिकार पृच्छा भयो।
