Law is the general
rules made for the people and by the people. Law is made because of people
themselves as there are some kinds of people living in the society who harm
others for their owns benefit. So that to control over those people and also to
promote other people to not to do similar things again. As the law is made
people are aware of it and they follow it and can understand the situation
properly then deal with it in accordance to the law.
As law is an instrument
for justice and command of sovereign backed by sanction everyone is bound to
follow it. People have different perception regarding it and for that we need
to ask them about the law. We need to understand whether people are aware of it
or not and what kind of laws they want according to their understanding. Law
should be followed by everyone and everyone has some knowledge about the laws
of country and what law stands for to them. By finding out the understanding of
people on law we can give them some knowledge about law from our perspective.
So for the people

Based on first
question, what do you understand by the law? Most of the respondents say the
law as rules, regulation and behavior of the people living in the society. A
part some say law is instrument for the justice and helps people in every
sector of life. it is made by the authorized authority to govern the country.
So as of the given answer by the respondents we can relate that somehow they
know about the law but as of my observation some respondents were not that much
aware of law although they provide answer.
The finding of this
question says no respondents were there who said law is not related with them
and they say it is related with them because it is the part of life and they
are bounded with it. Because of the law they can perform their work safely and
if wrong work is done it gives punishment too. It provides justice if they were
in injustice. In every sector law is there and it guides in each and every
work.
The respondents says
that it is relate to them because if there is no law there will be absent of
peace and security and they may not be safe. Due to the law society is running
smoothly and safely. It protects us from being robbed and being harmed by
anyone. As law is there all people will be doing their work nicely and
wrongdoer will also get afraid and walk towards the good path. People those who
violate will be punished according to the law.
Regarding this question
people have somehow similar perception. They said that this legal system should
be changed like the punishment for criminal should be of what crime they have
done. Criminal should be punished tit for tat, eye for an eye system. Whatever
the crime they have done same punishment should be given. There should be death
penalty for murderer and rapist. So on some says that legal system is nice no
change is needed but it should be implementing properly. So as of the
observation they don’t know the different law except those laws they came to
listen from news. They also said that we have not gone through constitution as
they think law is in constitution only. So awareness is needed.
According to the
opinion of the people and my observation people have general understanding of
law as a compilation of rules, regulation made by authorized authority to
govern the country. They also said that the law is instrument for justice and
it provides justice to them when they are in injustice. Their perception is
that law is present in only constitution.
The all people are
related with them and they think that they will get punishment if it is not
followed. As law is duty as well as right for them. As there should be better
understand about the law awareness program is needed to aware them. I is
important thing to understand the law if not then one cannot come out of the
obstacles. People are somehow known about the law and their source is the news
of Television. So we can have perception that we can ware people by providing
different laws through the news also.
So there should be
understanding of law to everyone and so that the society can be run safely and
smoothly.
As a conclusion we find
out people are not that much known about the law and the information should be
circulated. Education through various sources can only be regarded as
cooperative force in bringing about social changes. All the people should be provided
with enough information regarding the law.
