COLLEGE TEACHERS

Summary
Before the writer went to university, he was told that his teachers at the university did not pay attention towards him but he found it different. There were three types of teachers: positive, neutral and negative.

Positive teachers: they are most agreeable. They are interested in their subjects and the students as well. Their classes are interesting. They try to know all students name. They welcome questions from the students. They are ready to meet students any time. They like the students. They like conference with the students. They pay alternation to each student. They are always helpful. But, their number is small.


Neutral teachers: they are not very agreeable. They are not interested in their subjects and students. They do not know all students names. Their classes are not interesting, rather boring. They allow questions from students but not interested in it. They also welcome student’s conferences but do not help students as required. They teach opening the note book and through lectures followed by questions and discussion. Their number is very big.
Negative teachers: they are least agreeable. Students are afraid of these teachers. They are hostile to the students. They do not know students names. They do not like discussion and conferences. They do not allow students to ask questions. They are very rigid in their view and do not repeat the classes. They are like machines. Their number is also small.
Conclusion: students learn properly from positive teachers. Neutral and negative teachers must modify themselves.
